Updates and New Resources

“Sometimes I don’t see new features or resources that have been added to the Triptico website — why is this?”

This is a common question - and the answer relates to the way web browsers work.

When you visit a website, your browser stores a lot of the data used to display the site. This means that the site will load much more quickly if you return to it in the future — because much of the data is already stored (or ‘cached’).

Unfortunately, if the website has changed, the browser continues to load the old ‘cached’ version.

To fix this, we need to force the browser to forget the data it has stored and reload the site.

The process is different depending on the web browser that you use, but this link should hopefully help:

If clearing the cache does not help, it may be that a feature is not supported by the web browser you are using. You may need to update your web browser or change to a more modern browser.

I hope that this is helpful — please get in touch if you have any further questions!
